Varieties and harvesting methods differ from one growing area to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"when-is-the-grape-harvest-in-northeastern-iran\"><\/span>When Is the Grape Harvest in Northeastern Iran?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The timing depends on the cultivar, altitude and weather. In North Khorasan, growers harvest grapes during the late-summer and autumn season.
