During this time of the year, there are ceremonies in many famous hotels of Iran such as <a href=\"https:\/\/surfiran.com\/plus\/hotel\/espinas-persian-gulf-tehran\/\">Espinas<\/a> or Laleh and Christians of Tehran celebrate the new year in these hotels. They also put green vegetables on the table, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/surfiran.com\/mag\/the-7-tasty-persian-foods-much-more-than-kebabs\/\">Kookoo Sabzi<\/a>, which is also an Iranian famous dish
