Coronavirus Impacts – SURFIRAN Actions
Below you can find the latest updates from SURFIRAN.
We have made the decision to cancel all trips in March to Iran. Please rest assured that we’re observing the situation and will make any decision that is in our customers’ best interests.
Owing to advice regarding an increasing risk of human-to-human transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Iran and some airlines cancelling flights in and out of Tehran, we have made the decision to cancel all trips in March and April to Iran.
Here at SURFIRAN, we closed the office from the early days of the Coronavirus outbreak and started to work remotely. We have been online as before and have been in touch with our dear clients to keep them updated with the latest news on Corona and reduce their concerns about their planned trips.
We are currently dealing with contacting and assisting our concerned passengers. According to the latest decision making in SURFIRAN, customers booked on these departures can keep funds on file, transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure and postpone their trip or ask for a full refund.
Travelers booked on 2020 Iran departures in other months may also choose to keep funds on file or transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure. Updates on any probable cancellation in the future will be made promptly.
SURFIRAN has been carefully monitoring the novel Coronavirus since its outbreak on 19 February. Our customers’ safety and wellbeing is always our first priority.
