Fars is one of the southern provinces of Iran. This province has three distinct climate zones. The mountainous region of the north, northwest, and west has cold winters and mild and pleasant springs and summers. The central region has a relatively mild climate in winters and hot and dry summers; Cities like Shiraz, Fasa, Firouzabad, and Kazeroon are among the cities of this district. The climate of the south and southwest region is mild in winter and very hot in summer. Of course, in the spring season, most areas of Fars province have pleasant spring weather, and you might feel a little warm in the southern part.
The straits of Fars province, and in general the recreational and natural places of Fars province offer many choices for nature lovers! The pristine nature of Fars is the first choice for tourism among the central and southern provinces of Iran, the most beautiful waterfall, Taram waterfall, in Iran is located in Fars province, and on the other hand, the natural springs of this province, along with some historical houses, have been changed to recreational places.

Zagros mountains in the northwest-southeast direction have turned Fars province into a special mountainous region. Fars province can be divided into two distinct natural areas: The northern and northwestern region, which consists of interconnected heights and has difficult passes and deep valleys. The south and southeast region, which is located in the distance between the sub-mountain ranges, includes the fertile plains of Shiraz, Kazeroon, Neyriz, Marvdasht, and Central, whose fields are irrigated by several rivers.
Fars province is full of historical, natural, and religious attractions, each of which has its beauty that speaks of the historical antiquity of this province. You can see and enjoy some of these beauties in all the cities of Fars province. The city of Shiraz contains numerous parts of these sights and attracts many travelers. The tourist attractions of Shiraz include the Tomb of Hafez, Shahcheragh, Delgosha Garden, the Tomb of Saadi, Quran Gate, Karim Khan Citadel, Vakil Hammam, Vakil Mosque, and Vakil Bazaar. Some of the other places to visit in Fars province include Tang Bastank, Persepolis, the ancient city of Bishapur, Naqsh Rajab, Raghaz strait, and Margon waterfall.
