Before diving into the other sections, we recommend spending a few minutes reading about the history of Mellat Park Tehran, as it will enhance your enthusiasm for visiting this beautiful park.

The plan to construct Mellat Park Tehran was initiated by Farah Pahlavi. The land designated for the park was along Valiasr Street (formerly known as Vali Ahad Street) and spanned a 1000-meter boulevard adjacent to the road. The construction plan was based on two phases: the first phase began in 1966, and the second phase started eight years later in 1974.

Finally, the renowned architect Iraj Etesam designed Mellat Park Tehran, drawing inspiration from English parks. His masterpiece was implemented on undulating terrain, devoid of trees, water, and even a distinct geometric form.
