Parking Lot 1 is a multi-story covered parking lot near Terminals 1 and 2. If your flight departs from these terminals, this is a good option for you. The parking lot has six floors (three upper and three basement levels) and can accommodate up to 2,700 vehicles.

Access to Mehrabad Airport Parking Lot 1
For easier access to this parking lot, head from Azadi Square towards Lashgari East Passage. After entering the Mehrabad Airport entrance, go straight on Parvaz Street to the end and turn towards Meraj Street (traffic police station). The parking lot for Terminals 1 and 2 of Mehrabad Airport is right in front of you!
From the parking lot entrance to Terminal 1 is about a 15-minute walk. Terminal 2 is adjacent to Terminal 1.

Parking Lot 2 at Imam Khomeini Airport, for Impounded Vehicles
Parking Lot 2 is not generally used by all vehicles and is reserved for impounded vehicles at the airport. However, during peak travel times, it may be available for private cars. We recommend using other parking lots based on your needs.

Parking Lots 3 and 4, for Short and Long-Term Parking

From the entrance of Parking Lots 3 and 4 to the departure terminal is about a 25-minute walk. For transporting your luggage, the airport offers shuttle buses that provide free transport from the parking lot to the departure terminal.

This parking lot, near the customs unit and commercial cargo terminal, is specifically for visitors to these units. Similar to Parking Lot 2, it may be available for private cars during peak travel times. However, we recommend using other parking lots based on your needs.
Security of Imam Khomeini Airport Parking Lots
You might wonder who is responsible for damages or lost items from your vehicle. According to Civil Law articles 183-185-10 and national insurance laws, since there is no initial vehicle inspection or inventory of items inside the vehicle, the parking management is not liable for damages or theft. However, consider these tips:
