    Good to Know

The best time to travel to Almaty is during spring (April to June) and autumn (September to early November). These seasons offer pleasant weather, with mild temperatures and fewer tourists, making it ideal for sightseeing, hiking, and outdoor activities. In spring, the landscapes are lush with greenery, while autumn offers stunning foliage in the surrounding mountains.

The worst time to visit Almaty is typically during the peak winter months (December to February). Almaty experiences harsh, cold winters with heavy snowfall, which can make city exploration less enjoyable unless you are specifically visiting for winter sports like skiing. Additionally, mid-summer (July to August) can get uncomfortably hot, especially for outdoor activities in the city.

Passports should be valid for at least six months after your departure from the country.

All the hotels offer complimentary breakfast.

We use a private AC van, middle bus or bus throughout this tour, subject to the final size of the group.

The tour includes a 24-hour airport meet & assist service in the Almaty International Airport.
